When you ask a question, we query your tools live and return the answer. We don't cache, sync, or store data from Jira, Notion, Sheets, or any other integration.
We store only the OAuth tokens needed to call your tools on your behalf — never your passwords. All tokens are Fernet-encrypted in our database.
Every create, update, or delete action pauses and sends you an approval card in Slack. The agent cannot change anything in your tools until you click Approve.
One click on the Integrations page removes the OAuth token from our database immediately. We retain your conversation history but delete all tool credentials.
Delai doesn't replace your tools. It doesn't have its own dashboard, its own database, or opinions about how your team should work. It just makes the tools you already pay for answer questions in Slack.
