1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using OnlyAI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
OnlyAI is an AI-powered assistant that connects to third-party tools you authorise. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those third-party services.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use OnlyAI. Each account is for a single person or organisation — sharing access is not permitted.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use OnlyAI to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, send spam, attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, or engage in any activity that could harm OnlyAI or other users.
5. Data
We store your conversation history and tool credentials to provide the service. Credentials are encrypted at rest. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. AI-Generated Content
Responses are generated by AI and may contain errors. All write operations (creating issues, updating documents, etc.) require your explicit approval before execution. You are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions before approving them.
7. Limitation of Liability
OnlyAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyAI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
